Client Development Executive/Manager
- Maintain and develop new client-business relationships.
- Provide feasibility of projects to clients.
- Respond to incoming/existing client’s project’s RFQs.
- Negotiate and close RFQs to maximize win percentage.
Project Manager
- Managing a client project from end to end from questionnaire analysis, sample plan till delivery of final data
- Sending invites to panelists per project requirements.
- Communicating with the client for daily project updates and health of survey stats in field.
- Ensuring top notch customer satisfaction in all your interactions with our clients..
Both Roles are location independent but require working in US EST/PST hours only.
Excellent communication skill is a pre-requisite for these roles.
